Hi, I'm Charlotte

Charlotte_Jim_Ed_the duck.jpg

A devoted animal lover who has been around animals all my life. As a child I have happy memories helping my Grandparents look after their sheep; which often involved hand-rearing and bottle-feeding lambs. My friends had horses so I would lend a hand caring for the horses. As a child, I enjoyed having family pets including cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs as well as being surrounded by family members dogs; which I often enjoy walking.

After many years working in the customer service industry and the teaching profession, I decided to take the opportunity to start my new venture: 'Mobile Pet Care Services' and felt the time was right for a change in career. An exciting new challenge!

My years of experience owning and caring for animals, combined with the people skills I have developed, has enabled me to bring empathy to this trusted role. I believe clear communication and trust is key in caring for your beloved pets. I can provide the assurance that your pets will be looked after with the greatest of love and care.

I currently have Tom the Cat whom my husband and I rescued when he was approximately a year old. Tom is a lovely natured cat but is a very sensitive boy and for this reason he cannot live or socialise with other pets, which consequently means it will not be possible to care for your pets at my home. (Read 'Tom's Story' on the website's blog)

I offer a professional and personalised service. I receive excellent feedback from my customers who agree that pet sitting is a great alternative solution to placing animals in kennels, catteries etc. It's important to me to meet the owners and their pets, which gives my service a personal touch.

I am a reliable, and trustworthy person. For peace of mind, I hold full pet business insurance and I am enhanced DBS checked. I am pet first aid certified and hold the Level 2 Certificate for Animal Nursing Assistants Qualification.

I am looking forward to making many new furry friends!

Free no obligation consultation

I offer an initial no-obligation consultation, where I can virtually meet with you and your pet/s. I feel it is necessary to understand your pet’s personality and needs. I want to ensure that you are 100% happy before registering with me. During this time I can discuss my services and identify the type of care required for your pet; including any specific needs. I can also answer any questions you may have in order to provide you and your pet/s with the best possible level of service.

I also have character references, available for viewing. These along with my certificates and associations can be viewed when we meet.
